After moving to the US from the Dominican Republic at 15, Eddi learned English in just eight months. She went on to graduate second in her class with a college scholarship waiting for her. Eddi holds a bachelor’s degree in management, a master’s degree in organizational leadership, and is a seasoned HR manager and recruiter.
